Privacy Policy

Football Bingo is designed to work without a traditional account, advertising or cross-app tracking. Most game activity stays on your device. Cloud processing is used for Play with Friends and to deliver signed football-content updates.

Information stored on your device

Game progress, settings, downloaded football content and active-match recovery information may be stored locally. This information is not uploaded unless it is needed for a Play with Friends match.

Play with Friends

When you use Play with Friends, the app creates an anonymous guest identifier and processes the display name you choose, room membership, match actions, submitted answers, correctness results, scores, rankings and completion times. The display name is a screen name; Football Bingo does not ask for your real name, email address or phone number to play.

How online information is used

Online information is used only to create and join rooms, synchronize the shared board, calculate results, restore active matches, enforce room limits, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. It is not sold, used for advertising or combined with information from other apps for tracking.

Service providers

Supabase provides cloud hosting, anonymous authentication, signed content delivery and online-room infrastructure. In operating those services, Supabase may process technical request information such as an IP address, general country or region, device or browser information, request timestamps, response times and security logs. Football Bingo does not use advertising or analytics SDKs and does not collect precise location.

Retention

Play with Friends rooms and associated gameplay records are temporary. Expired or cancelled room records are normally removed within 7 days, and completed room records are normally removed within 30 days. Limited security and service logs may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, investigate failures or meet legal obligations.

Deleting information

You can delete the anonymous online account and associated Play with Friends data from inside the app by opening Play with Friends, tapping Online Data & Privacy, and choosing Delete Friends Account & Data. Deleting the app removes locally stored information but, by itself, may not immediately remove temporary online match records. Information that must be retained for security or legal reasons will be deleted when that requirement ends.

If your request concerns an online Friends match, you may also include the room code and approximate match time. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
